Welcome to VirtueCeo (virtueceo.biz). These terms govern your use of our programs and offerings focused on spiritual growth for executives.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or accessing any program, digital curriculum or physical item from VirtueCeo, you agree to these terms.

2. Offerings Overview

VirtueCeo provides live coaching, retreats, digital courses and select physical resources designed to support leadership and inner development.

3. User Requirements

Participants must ensure they meet any prerequisites and provide accurate information during enrollment. You agree to conduct yourself respectfully during any live sessions and retreats.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed on our site and are payable in advance. You agree to provide valid payment details when enrolling. Fees are processed securely and confirmations are sent by email.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Live Sessions and Workshops

Clients may request a refund up to 7 days prior to the scheduled start. Approved refunds will be reimbursed via the original payment method within 14 days. Requests submitted less than 7 days in advance are not eligible for refund but may be rescheduled subject to availability at no extra fee.

5.2 Digital Products

Access to digital courses and materials is granted immediately upon payment. Due to the immediate nature of access, these products are not eligible for refund once content has been accessed. If technical issues prevent access, please reach out via Contact Us within 14 days and we will resolve the issue or offer alternative access.

5.3 Physical Items

Physical resources may be sent back unused and in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Clients are responsible for shipping. Once received, we will reimburse the purchase amount using the original payment method within 14 days.

5.4 Non-Refundable Offerings

Certain bespoke retreats and one-on-one coaching packages are non-refundable due to tailored planning. However, virtual appointments may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials published by VirtueCeo, including curriculum, guides and branding elements, are the property of VirtueCeo. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VirtueCeo is not liable for any indirect or incidental outcomes from participation in our programs or use of our resources.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
